Stay in one of our eight, 2 & 3 bedroom, non-smoking, housekeeping cottages , situated on prime waterfront on the gorgeous Montague River. Each cottage is nestled amid the pines and birches and has a wonderful waterview of the town of Montague!

Enjoy walks along the private beach, clam digging, biking or just relax and enjoy the incredible sunset. Close to major golf destinations.
Each cottage is fully equipped with double size beds, pull-out sofa, microwave, satellite TV, barbecue, fridge and stove , pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle and teapot, dishes, plus much more!

All linens and towels supplied. Our cottages are located next to the Rails
to Trails, (for your walking or biking adventures) and within minutes to all
amenities in the town of Montague.

Located within 15 minutes to 3 championship golf courses, we will even arrange golf packages for your convenience!

Close by you will find fresh and deep sea fishing, a fully equipped fitness center complete with indoor pool, pool hall, Garden of the Gulf Museum, and white sandy beaches! Our cottages are available from May to October, with off-season rates available in May, September and October!

Rates

Per Week: $600 - $750 plus taxes (Based on 1-4 persons).
Each additional person will be charged $50 per week.

Per Day: $89-$119 plus taxes (Based on 1-4 persons). Each Additional person will be charged $10+ taxes per night.

Off Season : Please ask about our off-season rates and special rates for the annual 70 mile yard sale.
