CHECK-IN AND CHECK - OUT TIMES
Check-in after 3pm - Check-out by 10:30 am
If arriving past 10:00 p.m. (9:00 EST) please contact us to make arrangements.
DEPOSIT
Full payment of 1 night stay required for all reservations.
PETS
Pets are permitted, however for the safety of all our guests we reserve the right to refuse certain breeds considered dangerous or aggressive. Owners of pets will be required to pay an extra $20 per night per pet. Pets are not allowed , at any time , to be left in the cottage unattended. Please contact us for more details.
Smoking Policy
Our cottages are ALL NON SMOKING! We provide ash trays OUTSIDE on the picnic tables and ask our guests to please respect our wishes and smoke ONLY outside.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 14 days notice prior to date of arrival for refund
of deposit less a $25.00 service charge.
If less than 14 days notice, deposit will be returned less a $25.00 service charge only if we are able to rebook your entire reservation.
Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for their fully reserved stay.
Taxes
Applicable sales taxes are 10% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
